Payment

  • 25% DEPOSIT PER PERSON BY BANK TRANSFER OR BY BANKER`S CHEQUE IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.
  • COMPLETE PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Itinerary

  • TRAV GLOBE AND ITS SUPPLIERS WORK HARD IN ORDER TO IMPROVE EACH ITINERARY AND ALL FEATURES.
  • IF IMPROVEMENTS CAN BE MADE OR UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL DEEM CHANGED NECESSARY, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VARY ITINERARIES AND SUBSTITUTE HOTELS AND CRUISE SHIPS.

INCLUDES: ONLY ITEMS SPECIFICALLY STATED AND MENTIONED IN OUR PROGRAMS.

  • DOMESTIC AIRFARES ( UNLESS REQUESTED BY GUEST )
  • INTERNATIONAL AIRFARES ( UNLESS REQUESTED BY GUEST )
  • ENTRY VISA ( UNLESS REQUESTED BY GUEST )
  • 6. ANY INCREASE IN ENTRANCE FEES, TAXES OR ANY NEW TAXATION WHICH MIGHT BE IMPLEMENTED BY THE GOVERNMENT LATER ON.

Cancellation

THE RIGHT TO A REFUND IF A PARTICIPANT CHANGES PLANS IS LIMITED. YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE MUST BE IN WRITING TO TRAV GLOBE, Bangalore, AND REFUND, IF ANY, WILL BE PROCESSED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION FREES.

Cancellation Fee

  • 21 Days prior to departure - 75 % penalty
  • Less than 21 days prior to departure - 100 % penalty

Refund

  • CLAIMS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO TRAV GLOBE, Bangalore WITHIN 7 Days AFTER COMPLETION OF THE TOUR, OTHERWISE NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.
  • ALL APPROPRIATE RECEIPTS AND DOCUMENTS MUST ACCOMPANY THE REFUND REQUEST.
  • NO REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR UNUSED SERVICES. ONCE A TOUR BEGINS, ANY CHANGES MADE BY A PARTICIPANT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTICIPANT. ONCE TRAVEL HAS COMMENCED NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED PORTIONS CAN BE MADE.

Flight Changes & Delays

  • CHANGES BY THE AIRLINE OR BY US (TRAV GLOBE) WILL NOT RESULT ANY REFUNDS. FLIGHT DELAYS ARE UNFORTUNATE, BUT ARE AN INHERENT RISK OF ANY AIR TRAVEL AND ARE COMPLETLY OUTSIDE THE CONTROL OR RESPONSIBILITY OF TRAV GLOBE.
  • PARTICIPANT(S) MAY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD THE AIRLINE RESPONSIBLE IN THE EVENT OF A DELAY, THE AIRLINE (AND NOT THE OPERATORS) WILL DETERMINE THE PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED AND THE AMENITIES / COMPENSATION (IF ANY), TO BE OFFERED.
  • PARTICIPANT(S) ARE SUBJECT TO THE TICKET TERMS AND TARIFFS OF THE AIRLINE WHICH, WHEN ISSUED, SHALL BE THE SOLE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE AIRLINE AND THE PARTICIPANT(S).

Hotels

  • TRAV GLOBE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPLACE HOTELS WITH SIMILAR CLASS HOTELS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO PARTICIPANTS, IF DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ITS CONTROL.

Responsibility

TRAV GLOBE TAKES GREAT CARE IN CHOOSING THE SUPPLIER. WE DO NOT CONTROL THEM AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTS OR OMISSIONS. THEREFORE, WE (TRAV GLOBE), CANNOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, COST OR EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF INJURY, ACCIDENT OR DEATH; DAMAGE OR LOSS OR DELAY OF BAGGAGE OR OTHER PROPERTY; DELAY, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, LOSS OF PAY, UPSET, DISAPPOINTMENTS, DISTRESS OR FRUSTRATION (WHETHER PHYSICAL OR MENTAL) RESULTING FROM :

  • THE ACTS OF OMISSION OF ANY FIRM OTHER THAN TRAV GLOBE OR ITS EMPLOYEES
  • MECHANICAL BREAKDOWNS, GOVERNMENTAL ACTIONS, WAR, WEATHER, ACTS OF GOD OR OTHER FACTORS AND COURSES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
  • ACTS OF VANDALISM, BURGLARIES, ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, ASSULTS OR ANY PHYSICAL HARM TO YOUR PROPERTY AND/OR PERSON.
